About Us:

Are you looking for flexible, term-time work? Peterborough College is seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support our students during exam periods. This casual role offers an opportunity to play a key part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process.

What You'll Do:

• Supervising exam rooms to ensure a secure and controlled environment.
• Assisting with the distribution and collection of exam papers and materials.
• Providing guidance and support to students during exams.
• Reporting any irregularities or issues to the Exams Team.
• Adhering to all exam regulations and safeguarding policies.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A professional, punctual, and approachable attitude.
• Flexibility to work during the exam season, including early mornings or afternoons.

Contract Details:

• Hours: Casual, based on exam schedules.
• Pay: Payment is monthly, one month in arrears, through PAYE (tax and NI deducted where applicable).
• Statutory holiday is accrued for every hour worked, with holiday pay included in your monthly payment.

Minimum requirements:

• Organized with strong time management skills.
• A*-C in Maths and English.

This is a term-time-only role. Payment is directly linked to hours worked, and holidays or time off are not paid.
